Basically, we have a new sales guy whose outgoing email I need to have CC’d to his trainer. The guy doesnt remember very often to do it, so how do I get my Exchange 2003 server to automatically do it for him? I have incoming setup to copy to the trainer via Active Directory, but am unable to find anything regarding outgoing copies.

I got Email from a server hosted in the US(5 emails). I want to setup a network from scratch with Server 2003 & another server with Exchange 2003. What kind of hardware do I need? What is the setup like? What is a good firewall? Can someone help me with the whole setup? How can I download those emails to my exchange to the respective users? I also want the users on my network to be able to send emails internally to the users on my network. Can someone help me plan my network & email server?

Somehow I have lost my outlook 2000 email rules over the weekend, and I cannot get them back. I use exchange server 2003 and my account is stored/managed on there. How can I get them back? Where are the rules saved?

Thank you
Shaun
